Who we are

Liv L.L.C-FZ (“Liv”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.. What we collect

We collect only what we need:

• Information you send us. If you contact us, we hold your name, email address, telephone number, employer and the content of your correspondence.
• Business contact information. In the course of commercial relationships we hold the contact details of client, supplier and partner personnel.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server log data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. We add no tracking, advertising or profiling technology to this site.

We do not collect special categories of personal data through this website, and we do not ask visitors to create accounts or submit sensitive information.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, to negotiate and perform contracts, to meet legal, regulatory and tax obligations, and to maintain ordinary business records. We do not use it for advertising and we do not build marketing profiles.

Legal basis

Where the laws of the United Arab Emirates, the European Union (GDPR) or other applicable jurisdictions require a legal basis for processing, we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and communicating about our business, and compliance with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose it only to service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, to professional advisers such as auditors and lawyers where necessary, and to authorities or regulators where we are legally required to do so.

International transfers

We operate internationally, and information may be processed in the United Arab Emirates, the European Union and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. Where required, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and a reasonable period afterwards. Contract and financial records are kept for as long as required by applicable law. Information no longer needed is deleted.

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including access control, encryption in transit and restricted internal access. No system is perfectly secure and we do not claim otherwise.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable form. To exercise any of these, email info@liv-llc.co. If you are in the EU or EEA, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising or third-party tracking cookies and uses no analytics that profile individual visitors.

Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
